Hugging this character: Yes. No unauthorised groping unless you wish to be aged to dust.
Kissing this character: Yes. This only applies to family members (on the cheek) and muses with whom she has built CR.
Flirting with this character: Yes. Death must favour no one so she will unlikely develop encounters into long term relationships.
Fighting with this character: Yes, only if she has a good reason to engage in battle.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes but she will be aware of it and be able to block it.
[HEL'S ABILITIES]
In time, Hel will have mastered a great many more skills than those listed below but these reflect her abilities from the age of 16 through to 25 (in Jotunn years). If I find a PB to play her at an even older age, I will adjust her skill set further.
Acquired skills:
✠ Astral projection.
✠ Trance. She can hear the voice of Niflhel (or something even bigger than her realm). Sometimes it will even speak through her, in quiet rasping tones. Hel's eyes may take on a glazed look when this happens, as though she is looking into the distance. This is the state she enters to judge shades, here she is governed by spirituality rather than logic.
✠ Resurrection of the Dead. Hel will seldom revive the dead, certainly not long after a being's death. It is against the laws of nature. She is also able to heal the mortally wounded.
✠ Death touch. The ability to take the shade from a person's body or to bring a healthy living being to the brink of death. Hel only kills out of mercy, to alleviate suffering or to save those she deems innocent. What she does is not always right but it comes from a place of sincerity and care. When they are ready, shades are usually able to leave their bodies behind of their own accord.
✠ Is fairly fluent in the main languages of the Nine Realms.
✠ Talented illusionist. Her appearance is never static, it shifts from fierce to elegant to frail to disturbing. This is how she came to have so many contradictory descriptions of her looks. Her illusions are dependant on her mood and the impression she wishes to leave on her subjects. Her ability to play with people's perceptions is not limited to her own physicality, in Niflhel, she can change the look of her surroundings.
✠ In Jarnvidr, she was taught various survival skills. These include foraging, tracking, hunting, and the brewing of herbal remedies.
✠ Over the years Hel has learned how to wield daggers, swords and bows. She has also gotten out of practice in some areas, as she adapts to new situations. Obsolete skills are usually forgotten wile new ones are honed. Hand to hand combat is currently her preferred method of fighting. She is most competent at this.
Physical characteristics:
✠ In my head canon every godly being of the Nine Realms is in fact, some breed of angel. Every dead world in the Nine Realms is just a harbour for souls that will end up in the Christian Heaven or Hell come Ragnarok. Ironically, some in Valhalla may find themselves in Hell and some in Helheimr may find themselves in Heaven come the final judgement. This is my way of reconciling Norse pagan mythology and its Christian influences. Hel herself is not a demon but an angel. So often the devil appears beautiful, while inner beauty is less obvious. She was born in a 'fallen' state but she is fast-earning her chance at redemption.
✠ Enhanced strength and taller than many humans.
✠ Enhanced animal-like senses.
✠ Large photosensitive eyes. Years of living in the dark have made her pale eyes like those of some kind of cave creature.
